PERMANENT COMMISSION AGAINST CORRUPTION

 
 
 
The Permanent Commission Against Corruption (PCAC) was established in virtue of Act No XXII of 1988 (Chapter 326 of the Laws of Malta - hereinafter referred to as "The Act") and is composed of a chairman and two members, appointed by the President of Malta, acting in accordance with the advice of the Prime Minister, given after he has consulted with the Leader of the Opposition. (Article 3(1)).
